Abstract

The registration of the transfer of land rights resulting from court decisions is an unusual transitional registration, so it is necessary to study what decisions can be used as the basis for registering rights and what the registration mechanism is. An example is the decision of the Tegal District Court No. 01/Pdt.G/2013/PN.Tgl. which has permanent legal force so that it can be used as the basis for registration of the transfer of rights. The registration mechanism is through a review and recommendation from the Tegal City Land Office, followed by ownership registration.

Abstract

In a standard contract, one party can waive Articles 1266 and 1267 of the Civil Code. As a result, one of the parties will default or not fulfill the terms of the agreement, preventing the need for the deal to be annulled by a court and instead allowing it to be terminated by the parties themselves. However, in this case, there is a contradiction in the overriding clause of the article. In this research, we conducted a case study of rejecting overriding this clause in credit card agreements. The research results show that this article should not be excluded because it will result in reduced protection for both parties, and there is a need to balance the positions of both parties by upholding the principles of justice.

Abstract

The problem in distance learning in Geography subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Rongkop is the lack of student discipline in responding to and completing assignments given by the teacher. Based on observations made during the first three months of the odd semester 2021/2022, the average student attendance rate in distance learning was 77%. Meanwhile, students have an average of 72% discipline in submitting assignments or responding to teachers. This is possible because teachers have not instilled positive discipline in students, so the results are less than optimal. The aim of this research is to describe the general picture of the application of positive discipline in the classroom, including the preparation of class agreements, implementation, and results. The research results show that the application of positive discipline through class agreements has a positive impact on teachers and students. The level of student discipline in completing assignments is 88%, and the average attendance rate is 90% with very good qualifications. The results of interviews with students conducted via Google Forms and distributed by teachers regarding the use of positive discipline received a very positive response, with 97% giving a positive response. As a result, teachers must use positive discipline during distance learning. This shows that even though learning is distance learning, critical assessment of learning can still be carried out. Average attendance is 90% with excellent qualifications. Abstract

The educational problems faced include the low effectiveness of new student admissions in madrasah education. It is thought that the management of the student admissions program could have been more optimal due to the influence of the implementation of the new student admissions policy, which has not been optimal, resulting in the effectiveness of student admissions not being optimal. The research aims to analyze the implementation of the new student admissions policy on managing the student admissions program to realize the effectiveness of student admissions. The research method used in this research is the analytical description method using observation, survey, and documentation study techniques. The data analysis technique used to answer this research hypothesis is statistics using a path analysis model. The population and respondents for this research were 51 teaching and educational staff at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Mu'awanah and Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Hidayatul Iman. The results of testing the central hypothesis using path analysis testing are: "There is an influence of the implementation of the new student admissions policy on the management of the student admissions program to realize the effectiveness of student admissions." Based on the test results, the Fcount value is more significant than Ftable, namely tcount = 110.4829 > ttable = 2.0117. From these values, a statistical conclusion can then be obtained, namely that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so that the implementation variable of the new student admissions policy (X) has a positive effect on the management of the student admissions program (Y) to realize the effectiveness of student admissions (Z). The test results on the sub-hypotheses show that implementing the new student admissions policy positively and significantly affects managing the student admissions program. Student admissions program management has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of student admissions. Implementing the new student admissions policy has a positive and significant impact on the efficacy of student admissions.

Abstract

Every company has essential information. This information can become company knowledge. Knowledge must be organized so that learning is often used optimally. If knowledge is optimally organized, people who want to use it will find it difficult to find it. Therefore, knowledge management is needed. Knowledge management is used everywhere. In this case, knowledge management will be used for application development. This knowledge was previously processed using ETL, where data would be collected, filtered, and combined with various sources. This knowledge management will be integrated with big data in the software development process so that users can easily find the necessary knowledge.

Abstract

Technological developments have created many innovations that help make human life more manageable. One of these developments is the Bariska Robot presented at the Family Mart Grand Indonesia Store, Jakarta. Even though its existence is welcomed, quite a few feel that it is a threat to humans because it is considered that it can replace the role of the Barista. The presence of robot baristas cannot replace the baristas themselves. Baristas have values that apparently cannot be imitated by robots. In this research, the author used the library research method to collect information according to the needs of this research. As well as using Thomas S. Kuhn's ideas to examine the role of paradigms in the scientific revolution. Which is the basis of the technological changes that occur.
